One of the herbal beers I typically make, but using the yeast (kveik) from Norwegian farmhouse beer.

Juniperus virginiana. A close, North American analogue of common juniper. Whole fresh twigs and branches can be used in the mash or lauter tun in imitation of Scandinavian and Baltic folk brews such as Sahti.
